The Pacific CRYSTAL project is organized in a "hub-and-spoke" structure, which provides a central management system composed of co-directors, an executive committee, and an international advisory board for collaborative research studies with the Faculties of Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Education at the University of Victoria, Simon Fraser University, Vancouver Island University, BC School Districts, and numerous non-governmental agencies. These research studies of science and technological literacy reside in three nodes: Build, Expand, and Lead with added Administration Node.
