About our undergraduate programs:

Health, wellness and active living are issues critical to our society, issues that cross many disciplines. Our interdisciplinary undergraduate programs prepare you for a wide variety of careers in areas as diverse as Medicine, Recreation, Wellness and Health Promotion, Physiotherapy, High School PE Teaching, Coaching, Athletic Therapy (Trainer), Chiropractic Medicine, Leadership and Administration in public, not-for-profit sectors, and Graduate Study (coaching studies, kinesiology, physical education, leisure service administration)

The School of Exercise Science, Health and Physical Education offers a wide range of graduate degrees that build on issues and questions related to human movement, exercise science, physical activity, leadership, coaching, teaching and health promotion. Built on the strong and diverse research programs conducted by the faculty, our graduate programs address issues important to the quality of life for individuals and communities.
