ELBOW POINT - ARM BAR SERIES

 

ELBOW POINT

Step One:
Reach under your opponent and take control of their wrist.

Step Two:
Use your knee as a pivot point.

Step Three:
With your free hand reach back and grab your opponents opposite ankle.

 

Step Four:
Rotate onto your back while pulling your opponent’s ankle. Use your free leg to lift your opponent and turn them onto their back.

After step two:

Note: three major safety concerns with this series:

  1. Do not let the arm go past ninety degrees
  2. Block the outside arm
  3. Circle around the body, NOT over the head
