Simplifications/Extensions
1. Partner Shadowing. With ball: Head up dribbling, keep ball close, foot on ball (trap) when stop, find space. Without ball: stay close, watch body movements. Walk and follow, run and follow, dribble and follow, dribble with pass on stop (shadow moves to space to receive ball).
2. Intro End Ball (possibly start with throwing). Go to space, pass to feet, and call for ball when open. Change ball, change number of people.
3. Four corners Pass to target (cone), be ready to receive ball, time pass to runner, communication. Change from pass and move to open cone, to call name, move and pass. Change balls, grid size.
4. Grid 2 on 1 Passing. Quick/accurate passes, faking, supporting, no line passes. Passive defender/ defender must go to ball/real defender, change ball, grid size, combine groups (4 on 2).
5. End Ball. Move to space, give and go, communication, passing angles, head up, passing technique. Change ball, number of people, nonmoving keeper, no keeper-add goal or just pass to score.
